Patatas Aliñadas (gf)

A traditional summer dish from Andalucia which translates as ‘dressed potatoes’. Cold potato salad tossed with olive oil, sherry vinegar and spring onions. Topped with boiled egg, tuna and black olives.

Costilla criollas

Twice cooked marinated pork belly ribs, oven baked, and pan fried. Served with a homemade criolla salsa which is made from, red onion, peppers and tomato in an olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing.

Croquetas de Jamon Iberico

Our take on one of Spain’s most famous croqueta, our homemade croquettes are cooked with Iberian ham.

Ole Ole Tapas is a family-run authentic Spanish restaurant set in the heart of the historic quarters of Lincoln. Situated within The Lawns complex, which is located behind Lincoln’s Medieval Castle, making it a unique location. We are accompanied by a local authority pay and display car park, with accessible parking and access to the restaurant.
